  1. I wonder how the mushroom scallops would be combined with the vegan Alfredo noodles 🧐 I’ve also used the garlic cashew butter on noodles like Alfredo sauce (IT WAS SO F-ING GOOD!) because I’ve been trying to find ways to extend recipes from Hot for Food videos 😅

    Lauren I know everyone that watches your channel for any length of time already knows this but, you are such a talented recipe chef for food that is creative, sometimes simple sometimes more complex and for so many of us just what we crave and sometimes what we don’t even know that we want! The thing that really chokes me up is how many people you have turned on to being Vegan through your amazing recipes and your Lauren Toyota ways!   4. Are there white wines meant for cooking? I never know if recipes use actual good white wines or a specifically cooking white wine when they call for it in a recipe.

    I never used to eat scallops.. probably tasted them once. Would it be weird to add a touch of kelp or bladderwrack powder for a seafoody taste? In not terribly familiar with the true scallop flavor profile.

  23. I made these and found the rice wine ruined the flavour. I had previously marinated them in seaweed, water, salt, maple syrup, garlic, and it was awesome.
