    I just made the Lemon Risotto recipe from Anna Del Conte that I found on your website. Remarkably similar but a little more complicated with the addition of shallots, celery and parmesian. It was also an extraordinary dish. Can't wait to try this one and compare. Lemon and pasta are indeed genius. Thanks for the education.
