  10. Recently got very into stuffed pepper soup with either lentils and rice or quinoa. Also white wine pasta with broccoli and peas and spinach 😍😍

    Life Hack: put a plate on the bowl and that shake it so the veggies/tofu/whatever gets coated in the sauce/seasoning real quick and even 🙂

  32. Perfect timing! I was getting tired of our go to dinners. My favorite that we have is air fryer falafels (chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper). It makes a ton soo always have some in the freezer to take out in the morning and pop in the air fryer that night. I have mine on butter lettuce- my husband prefers a pita with hummus, tomatoe, cucumber and dill. 15 minute dinner!

  39. I love burrito bowls so much, but my other staple is veggie sushi or if im really lazy i make a sushi bowl. I love air fries and oatmeal. These are probably my top staple meals! <3 Love your videos and recipes!

  40. This was a fun video, because it's nice to be able to know some nutritious and fast eats when you are in a pinch, which I find myself in too often. My weekly go-tos are veggie taquitos, homemade whole bowls, and sweet potato & white bean burgers!

    hi caitlin! love your recipes!! I have a question.. usually when I cook or bake for my blog, I end up eating a ton while trying the recipe out, or even after I just eat a ton of it. How do you manage always having new baked goods around you without wanting to eat a peace of everything?

    Would you be able to make a video on your tips for minimizing food waste? I'm throwing out some food almost every week and it's so frustrating. You seem very resourceful and smart with how you use up food and even scraps. I guess my biggest problem is just getting busy and forgetting that I have fresh produce in the fridge that needs to be used up. Any help with this would be amazing!

  48. your onion cutting is giving me anxiety…. if you leave the root end on its easier to cut because it holds ot all together for you… just a pet peeve of mine… we get our onions in at work completely peeled and both ends taken on and it so much harder to cut.

  49. You can do the same kind of tempeh in a more "hands off" manner by baking it in the oven with just about the same amount of marinade. You cover it with foil at first and then you take it off for the caramelization process. Works like a charm and is kind of a lazy hack.
